Labs are developed to meet founders where they are on their own founder journey and the edinno.lab - Product Market Fit focuses on preliminary product market fit research and customer engagement.

    • (1) framework for identifying assumptions,
    • (2) creation of a research plan,
    • (3) toolkit for conducting and analyzing research
• Founders will learn how to:
  • Segment the market and select a beachhead (which is an assumption)
  • Identify unmet customer needs and validate opportunities
  • Identify success factors for implementation and adoption
  • Calibrate go-to-market strategies based on buyer personas and key channels
  • Build and grow a network within the edtech space
